Your role in our team
We’re looking for a Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing end-to-end film productions, combining creative vision with strong organisational and leadership skills. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, working closely with clients, creatives, and crew to bring high-quality productions to life.
You’ll lead all stages of production, from pre-production (planning, budgeting, crew booking, casting, and location scouting), through to on-set oversight of cast and crew, and manage post-production through to final delivery.
You’ll also act as a key point of contact for clients, managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and aligning feedback with the team throughout the process.

Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong organisational, communication, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Proven experience in managing video productions
- An existing network of collaborators is a strong advantage
- A Category B driver’s license
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is mandatory
- Based in Brussels (on-site position)
